Terms of Service

By accessing or using Reva, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your use of Reva is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Reva. In jurisdictions where the minimum age for digital consent is higher, that higher age applies. By using Reva, you represent that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent where required by law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at celesynlabs@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Reva is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Celesyn Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Reva.

Reva is a conversational AI companion and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial guidance. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

You agree not to use Reva to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Generate, distribute, or store illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the service for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Submit false or misleading information

We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation of these terms, immediately and without prior notice where safety or legal compliance requires it.

All content, code, design, branding, and functionality of Reva are owned by or licensed to Celesyn Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Reva solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Reva without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of original content you submit; by submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your response.

If you provide feedback or suggestions about Reva, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the service without obligation to you.

Reva offers optional premium subscriptions. Payment processing varies by platform:

• Android and web: payments are processed via Razorpay. By purchasing a premium plan on these platforms, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
• iOS: payments are processed via Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Purchases made on iOS are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests for iOS purchases must be directed to Apple in accordance with their policies.

All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or through the relevant platform's subscription management. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods already in use, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction or by Apple's refund policies for iOS purchases.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may request deletion of your Reva account via the app settings or by contacting us at celesynlabs@gmail.com. Upon verified request, we will delete your account data within 30 days, subject to retention obligations under applicable law.

Termination of your account — whether by you or by us — ends your licence to use Reva. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including §04 Liability, §13 Indemnification, and §10 Governing Law) shall continue in full force after termination.

Your use of Reva involves the collection and processing of certain personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. For full details of how we handle your data, including your rights and how to exercise them, please review the Privacy Policy at /privacy.

By using Reva, you acknowledge that your conversation data is processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws of the country in which you reside that cannot be waived or excluded by contract. Where such local laws apply, they take precedence over these Terms to the minimum extent required.

Reva's responses are generated by a large language model using automated processing. No human reviews your conversations in real-time. AI systems can produce inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or contextually inappropriate outputs — commonly referred to as "hallucinations." You acknowledge this limitation and agree not to rely on Reva's responses as authoritative without independent verification.

Reva does not retain memory of previous conversations between sessions unless explicitly designed to do so. Each conversation begins without context from prior sessions.

We reserve the right to monitor use of Reva for abuse, policy violations, and safety purposes. We may use automated systems to detect harmful, illegal, or prohibited content. Where we have a legal obligation to do so, we may report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice where immediate action is necessary for safety or legal compliance.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celesyn Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Reva, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the app. Your continued use of Reva after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using Reva.

If you download or use Reva through Apple's App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Celesyn Labs only, not Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Reva or its content.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to Reva.
• In the event of any failure of Reva to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Reva.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Reva or your possession or use of Reva, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that Reva fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; or (c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
